(1) The Bureau shall have the necessary number of police personnel.
(2) When assigning police personnel to the bureau, priority should be given to police personnel who have acquired special skills or received training in the investigation of crimes.
(3) Police personnel other than the Director shall not be transferred to another place before the completion of a period of at least two years.
(4) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (3), if it is found that the employment of any police officer will have a negative impact on the investigation conducted by the Bureau, such police officer may be transferred elsewhere on the recommendation of the Director.
(5) The opinion of the Director shall be taken while transferring the police personnel working in the Bureau to another place.
